Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Passage of the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nursing (NCLEX-PN)
  • Must be a licensed LPN or RN in one or more of the states we currently operate in. We are able to accept CA licensure but applicants must not reside in CA to be considered for contract positions.
  • NLC licensure is a plus
  • Possession of 1 or more state licenses is a plus
  • Minimum six months of prior LPN/LVN experience
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to keep pace and adapt in a quickly evolving company
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple patients
  • Competitive spirit with a drive to exceed personal goals
Responsibilities
  • Manage virtual patient interactions
  • Review and assess patient medical records and charts
  • Conduct phone or virtual follow-ups with patients
  • Provide sound medical advice to patients
  • Write charts using appropriate medical terminology for providers
  • Present and articulate program updates and benefits to patients
  • Schedule follow-up appointments with patients
  • Build and maintain relationships with providers and patients
