Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience managing federal IT support contracts or large-scale helpdesk operations
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM frameworks, and DoD contracting standards
  • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities
  • Manage and integrate efforts across Contract Management, Sustainment & Maintenance, Tier I Operations, and Tier II Support
  • Ensure alignment with objectives, performance standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Supervise Help Desk Managers, Tier I/II Leads, ServiceNow Administrators, and Application Liaisons
  • Facilitate staffing plans, onboarding, and training to meet contract milestones
  • Oversee Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), SOP updates, and emergency support plans
  • Monitor KPIs including call center metrics, ticket resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
  • Coordinate with Area Managers, Program Managers, and external agencies
  • Ensure adherence to DoD cybersecurity, physical security, and personnel clearance requirements
  • Support audits, inspections, and incident response coordination
Desired Qualifications
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, ITIL, HDI Support Center Manager (HDI-SCM), ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or defense related IT programs
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
  • Past experience working with a federal agency
  • Department of Defense experience is a plus!
