Requirements
  • 8 years of related experience with ReactJS, Flask, Python, Java, Go and MySql and a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience developing scalable and resilient applications
  • Experience working on a SaaS platform or with Service-Oriented Architectures
  • Experience with cloud technologies, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes
  • Experience with security and systems that handle sensitive data
Responsibilities
  • As a full stack software engineer (70% FE / 30% BE), you will work with your team to build amazing tools/applications for internal company use.
  • You will architect complex solutions sharing your knowledge of top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies in order to mentor and uplevel other team members.
  • You will collaborate with product managers, and create robust cloud-based solutions.
  • You will build full stack applications on cloud native distributed systems for compensation tooling, performance management, and focal management along with integration services with Databricks platform.
  • You will build quality framework that enables real-time identification of source/destination data issues.
  • You will build tools or implement low code/no code options to help automate several business processes.
  • You will build amazing and simple to use interfaces to applications that promote massive adoption of products.
  • You will support/scale internal tools that are built on cloud native distributed systems.
