Requirements
  • A Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from universities of International repute is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree holders in Landscape Architecture or Architecture will be considered if they can showcase relevant experience in Landscape Design Project Stages, including Design, Documentation, and site implementation.
  • Must have good experience delivering Landscape Design/Public Realm projects in the public or the private realm for minimum 12–15 years.
  • Must be familiar with design, tender and construction processes.
  • International experience specific to the Middle East and beyond will be considered an added advantage.
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Creative Suite 5), MS Office, SketchUp and Google Earth/Pro.
  • Advanced experience of Building Information Modeling related software in Landscape Design/Infrastructure works will be considered an added advantage.
  • Experience in Rhino and InDesign are preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Middle East projects with complete design and delivery ownership reporting to Practice Lead.
  • Take ownership and lead landscape design/public realm projects and work packages.
  • Design and manage multi-disciplinary urban development projects.
  • Liaise with key clients and technical and non-technical stakeholders for positive project outcomes.
  • Draft technical reports and contractual documents of acceptable technical and presentation quality with minimum guidance.
  • Work to a program for the project and proactively advise Senior leadership of any issue which affects the efficient completion of the project.
  • Ensure the team is aware of the design standards, codes and compliances of countries within the ME region and the same are compiled to in the Design.
  • Check the work of team members and ensure the quality of deliverables meet the Atkins standards of delivery and client expectations.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking to expand the landscape & urban design business across different regions in the ME.
  • Contribute to bids and proposals to win work.
  • Cross-over through design thinking between the three disciplines of the practice on large scale projects.
  • Delegate work to assigned project team Graduate (Landscape Architects or urban designers), BIM technicians and Administrative staff.
  • Use business related software independently with ability to guide work of junior team members.
  • Successful in identifying and following through on leads/suggestions associated with additional work prospects on the projects they are involved with.
  • The individual will be required to travel at times to the different Atkins office and sites globally and interface with the team based there.
Desired Qualifications
  • CMLI & ASLA qualified professionals shall have an added advantage.
  • Technical and behavioural competency statements such as proficient in design, project management efficiency matrices may be listed as desirable but are not required.
  • Rhino, InDesign are preferred but not required beyond the specified experience.

The board reaffirmed a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, payable on 27 March 2026. Management maintained 2026 guidance for 5-7% organic revenue growth in engineering services and projected $2.50 billion in nuclear revenue. The company's narrative projects CA$12.80 billion revenue and CA$896.40 million earnings by 2028, requiring 7.4% annual revenue growth. AtkinsRéalis posts $2.6B profit, hits record $21.2B backlog with nuclear revenue up 55%

AtkinsRéalis Group, a world-class engineering services and nuclear company, reported fourth-quarter revenue of $2.9 billion, up 13% year-over-year, with full-year revenue reaching $11.0 billion, up 14%. AtkinsRéalis Services revenue increased 17% in Q4 and 16% for the full year. The company achieved diluted earnings per share from Professional Services & Project Management of $2.14 for 2025, up 80%, whilst adjusted diluted EPS reached $3.36, up 88%. Full-year operating cash flow totalled $461 million, and backlog reached a record $21.2 billion as at 31 December 2025. For 2026, AtkinsRéalis expects Engineering Services Regions organic revenue growth of 5-7% and Nuclear revenue of approximately $2.5 billion. Operating cash flow is projected at roughly $500 million.

Ferrovial Buys 5.06% 407 ETR Stake

Ferrovial is set to increase its stake in 407 ETR to 48.29% by acquiring up to 5.06% from AtkinsRéalis for [CAD]2.09 billion.
