- Create and distribute companywide communications
- Create and develop HR specific training guides and templates
- Begin to develop a current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations and raise any compliance concerns, assists with developing and maintaining multi state compliance tools
- Assist with maintaining a list of active job descriptions; partner with business leaders to ensure description accuracy
- Provide support throughout the HR team including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Wellbeing, and other critical areas
- Perform general clerical tasks for the department
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, and other HR-related matters
- Other duties as assigned
- 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
- Proven experience working in an office environment preferred
