- Experience working with veterinary diagnostic analysers and equipment.
- At least 1 year of Veterinary Nursing experience or experience in blood collection or sampling.
- Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning new technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
- Knowledge of PC hardware, networking devices, desktop applications, and mobile applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Provide support to veterinary clinics via phone, email, video call, and onsite visits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and software issues.
- Respond to customer and business requests.
- Demonstrate products to prospective customers.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions to clinic staff.
- Educate customers on analyser operation, quality control processes, and equipment maintenance.
- Build confidence and capability within customer teams.
- Perform routine quality control testing on diagnostic analysers.
- Test and support laboratory integration platforms within clinics.
- Maintain inventory of testing and quality-control materials.
- Coordinate equipment returns and servicing as required.
- Manage personal scheduling, travel, and customer visits.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, service calls, and site visits.
- Participate in an after-hours and weekend support roster approximately one in four weeks.
