- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status; Med Techs are preferred.
- Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
- Document resident care and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Participate in rotating weekend shifts and work some holidays as required.
- Prior experience in healthcare, assisted living, or senior care is preferred.
- Med Tech certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
