Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing communication execution development and the execution of fully integrated marketing tactics, including all media and communication channels, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry
  • Solid Digital Marketing experience and proficiency in the most popular channels and tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc)
  • Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to our corporate office in Brea, CA. Must be able to work a 'hybrid' schedule. 'Remote' is not an option for this role.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted email drip and nurture campaigns utilizing marketing automation (HubSpot) and data-mining CRM tools across multiple channels (email, direct mail, on-site messaging). Optimize campaigns using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and improve conversion rate.
  • Partner with internal and external resources to develop and execute all retention marketing campaigns
  • Partner with Brand and Product marketing to develop key messaging points and direct response creative across mediums
  • Develop email best practices to share with stakeholders across the organization including creative, marketing, ecommerce
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance including email metrics, conversion, and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI
  • Have a strong pulse on relevant trends, consumer insights, and technologies that impact our industry and the way customers base buying decisions.
  • Work closely with legal, regulatory, finance and other cross functional partners to effectively navigate the internal and external environment to achieve desired results.
  • Be a self-starter, detail oriented and adhere to and implement processes and protocols
  • Be a team player who collaborates and communicates effectively
  • Demonstrate that you are a dynamic and critical thinker who understands the broader view of business objectives, but still skilled at managing projects and the details therein to completion, on-time and on-budget.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exceptional data skills including the ability to extract data to inform future campaigns and strong command of analytics
  • Medical device, dental industry, and/or regulated category experience preferred
  • MBA
