  • 3+ years experience as a Customer Support Engineer
  • Knowledge of Angular or similar FE Frameworks + Node or Java
  • Basic knowledge NoSQL like MongoDB.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to details
  • Display a customer-centric mindset, focusing primarily on internal customers.
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills when interacting with internal stakeholders, always prioritizing their satisfaction and striving to exceed their expectations
  • Ambitious, driven, self-starters with ability to thrive and adapt in a constantly changing environment
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact in the company by supporting internal teams and external customers on live issues.
  • Work towards resolving and driving production bugs to resolution.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in select technological areas, including building workarounds and best practices in production.
  • Fully and accurately document troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps.
