  • Lead tailored commercialization efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to share best practices and execution learnings from market launches.
  • Manage P&L, forecasting, and inventory planning to ensure successful product launches and financial performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across finance, sales, marketing, R&D, and regulatory departments to ensure cohesive execution and communication.
  • Identify and assess new Rx-OTC switch opportunities, collaborating with local and global teams to drive scalable innovations.
  • Build compelling business cases and launch plans in cooperation with finance, securing alignment and approvals from senior leadership.
