Requirements
  • You have a portfolio that proves mastery in original brand identity development. You will be asked to submit examples
  • Your portfolio showcases full-suite brand designs encompassing original logo design, brand book / graphical usage guidelines for internal and external consumption, branded templates for print and digital applications
  • Your portfolio demonstrates extensive commercially applied digital content such as responsive web pages, email newsletters, and branded assets for social media campaigns spanning multiple marketing channels under a unified brand
  • You are an expert in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and can embrace a PowerPoint-centric presentation design workflow
  • You have a working knowledge of Acrobat, Excel, Word, and Google Suite. A basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is strongly desired but not required
  • You understand how to manage color profiles and file formats and how they implicate downstream workflows in printing, web publishing, and video rendering
  • Best in class graphic design skills (layout, typography, color)
  • Demonstrated track record of leading projects from development, through execution, and to success
  • A big thinker - not one to shy away from complex challenges that require new thinking and a willingness to take chances
  • Effectively communicate your ideas to other designers and stakeholders through strong oral and written communication skills
  • 6+ years of applied design experience
  • Possess the ability to work quickly, iterate often, and sometimes with little direction
  • Experience working in diagnostics, pharma, biotech not required but a definite plus for understanding key audiences
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary brand design lead for all patient, healthcare provider, and insurance company marketing materials and digital marketing assets
  • Participate actively in the artistic conception and execution of all pitch presentations, videos, campaign emails and landing pages, social media posts and ads, and internal materials related to talent development and engagement
  • Provide artistic direction to external collaborators such as agencies and contractors
  • Maintain primary responsibility for ensuring the corporate brand identity is cohesive
  • Manage creative assets library and naming convention system for documents
  • Senior level designer responsible for executing against a defined brand visual identity, guidelines, and assets to help build awareness and engagement through world-class, cohesive brand experiences
  • Execute core asset plan for scaling brand look & feel and ensure cohesiveness and usability across content and touch points
  • Project manage rollout of brand assets, organize all source files, upload documents to various online portals, lead internal team and executive review cycles
  • Partner with marketing team members to develop and lead creative review, and governance through internal communications and art direction
  • Elevate highest profile customer brand experiences through visual brand content design
  • Support the visual design of brand-level content across multiple platforms and applications for brand initiatives
  • Create engaging and exciting web based graphics, plan and design interactions and animations to excite, educate, and engage our users
  • Influence and help evolve our design systems to always be modern & cutting edge
