Responsibilities
  • build and lead the sales team in the Americas region as a second-line manager
  • oversee Business Development Representatives, Account Executives and their respective line managers across all of our verticals
  • establish a healthy culture of excellence, high energy, and continuous improvement
  • manage sales pipeline, ensuring robust health and highest quality in opportunity qualification and deal playing
  • monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed objectives
  • ensure the availability and quality of sales collateral and tools to increase efficiency and quality of our processes
  • cultivate high-level relationships with key industry stakeholders, enhancing vivenu's market presence and penetration in our core regions
  • collaborate closely with the global leadership team and work cross-functionally with other stakeholders at vivenu to align on our global strategy and continuously improve and share best practices.
