Requirements
  • Around 3+ years of experience building modern web applications with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS within a component-based framework.
  • Experience working in a large, long-lived codebase with many contributors.
  • Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, web performance, bundle budgets, change detection, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility standards such as WCAG.
  • Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs and managing application state cleanly.
  • Experience building with AI coding tools, steering agents through unfamiliar codebases, and critically reviewing their output.
  • Experience writing unit tests and working with an end-to-end framework such as Playwright or Cypress.
  • Ability to solve challenging problems independently, learn rapidly, persevere through complex work, and identify opportunities proactively.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English, with conversational spoken English.
Responsibilities
  • Build and evolve the user-facing platform by translating product and design requirements into clean, responsive, and performant Angular interfaces and owning features end-to-end.
  • Expand shared user-interface components and libraries through API design, sensible versioning, and Storybook documentation.
  • Build fast, data-dense interfaces with server-side paginated grids, charts, and customizable dashboards, integrating them with distributed backends over REST, GraphQL, and real-time updates.
  • Use Cursor and AI coding agents connected to internal MCP servers, improve the setup for the team, and review AI-generated code to the same standard as personally written code.
  • Take an active role in frontend architecture for web applications, maintain codebase health through bug fixing, refactoring, bundle-size improvements, and framework upgrades, and partner with user experience and product teams to maintain consistent, accessible, and localized experiences.
  • Follow secure development principles and assess and test frontend code for security vulnerabilities, including cross-site scripting, unsafe data handling, and token and session handling, before release.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong Angular experience.
  • Demonstrated passion or interest in design systems, user-interface performance, or crafting tools for other users.
  • Deep Angular knowledge, including change detection, signals, and standalone application programming interfaces, or experience leading a major version migration.
  • Experience building a design system and publishing versioned component packages using ng-packagr, Storybook, and private npm registries.
  • Experience with complex data-grid or data-visualization work, real-time user interfaces over WebSockets or SignalR, or internationalized multi-region frontends.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered product features such as in-app assistants, streaming responses, or retrieval.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration domain.
