Requirements
- Manager: 10+ years of overall warehouse/logistics experience
- Supervisor: 5+ years of warehouse supervising experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (Korean & English) required
- Experience with WMS, ERP, and MS Office
- Proven track record in process improvement, cost reduction, and team development
- Ability to manage and operate in a warehouse environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping)
- Manage and develop warehouse staff (hiring, training, performance management)
- Ensure inventory accuracy, documentation, and compliance with company policies
- Monitor warehouse budget, labor costs, and operational KPIs
- Implement process improvements and technology solutions (WMS, automation, Lean)
- Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams
- Provide reports and operational insights to management
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
