Requirements
  • Have proven experience in operating audiovisual equipment for live events

  • Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills under pressure

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in the AV industry—this is a must
Responsibilities
  • Set up, install, and strike AV equipment including LED walls, projectors, speakers, microphones, lighting fixtures, and video conferencing systems
  • Run and manage AV cabling (audio, video, data, and power) with attention to detail and safety
  • Perform pre-event safety checks and system testing to ensure functionality
  • Operate equipment during live events and troubleshoot issues in real time
  • Handle equipment load-in and load-out for events and warehouse operations
  • Maintain AV racks, controllers, power amps, and other technical components
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems with AV setups and signal flow
  • Follow technical diagrams, site layouts, and production plans with precision
  • Support senior techs and project leads on-site and during rehearsals
  • Ensure all gear is clean, stored properly, and reported for maintenance when needed
