Requirements
  • Significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as technical account management, sales, solutions or deployment engineering, partner or enterprise customer success with a strong technical focus, implementation, or support, ideally at API-driven, developer-first, infrastructure, or artificial intelligence companies; for most candidates this is roughly seven or more years.
  • A track record combining partner or customer ownership with technical depth in solution and deployment design, hands-on troubleshooting, and commercial growth.
  • Hands-on experience leading demos, proof-of-concepts, or technical workshops with enterprise partners or customers.
  • Fluency discussing application programming interfaces, integrations, and developer workflows, including troubleshooting Level 1 issues without coding.
  • Working knowledge of deployment and infrastructure, including containers and orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm; inference on graphics processing units and other accelerators; and trade-offs across self-hosted, on-premises, air-gapped, dedicated, and edge or on-device deployments.

  • Experience building a tool, agent, script, or workflow that permanently eliminated recurring work; the application must describe what it was, what it replaced, and what it continues to do.
  • An AI-native operating model with specific workflows that structurally depend on artificial intelligence and an explanation of how those workflows would be rebuilt if the tools disappeared.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical advisor and strategic owner for a portfolio of strategic infrastructure partners, engaging developers, platform and machine learning engineers, chief information officers, and chief technology officers.
  • Own the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Drive joint adoption through live demonstrations, workshops, deployment architecture guidance, benchmarking, troubleshooting, and best-practice recommendations across partner environments, hardware, and platforms.
  • Lead joint technical validation by scoping and running proof-of-concepts and evaluations that demonstrate Deepgram models on partner infrastructure across self-hosted, on-premises, air-gapped, dedicated, and on-device or edge deployments, including security-sensitive and regulated use cases.
  • Continuously conduct discovery, surface partner problems, understand their business impact, and translate them into actionable product and engineering requirements.
  • Identify and scope cross-sell, upsell, multi-product, and co-sell expansion with Sales, and activate original equipment manufacturer, distributor, marketplace, and cloud or inference-provider channels to reach their customer bases.
  • Lead executive business reviews and joint planning sessions.
  • Support joint go-to-market and co-marketing with Marketing through joint blog posts, one-pagers, public relations, and live demonstrations at partner events and industry conferences.
  • Act as the voice of the partner internally by influencing the roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and partner-support tools, especially for deployment, self-hosted, security, and edge capabilities.
  • Track adoption, usage, health, and expansion to drive outcomes, and travel to partner sites and events as needed.
  • Operate AI-first by default and build tools, agents, and workflows that eliminate recurring work for the individual and the broader team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in machine learning, voice artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, or developer-first technologies.
  • Familiarity with graphics processing unit and accelerator infrastructure and inference optimization, including quantization, model serving, throughput and latency tuning, or benchmarking.
  • Exposure to confidential computing, trusted execution environments, model or weight security, or deployments in regulated industries.
  • Experience with on-device or edge AI deployment across central processing unit, graphics processing unit, and neural processing unit targets, model catalogs, or hardware optimization toolchains.
  • Telephony, contact center as a service, or communications platform as a service background, including ecosystems such as Twilio or Genesys.
  • A background spanning solutions or deployment engineering, technical account management, or Level 1 support alongside customer success or partner responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with channel or partner marketing, enablement programs, or technical enablement asset creation.
  • Working fluency with automation, scripting, or agent-building using Python, TypeScript, workflow tools, agent frameworks, or equivalent.

Deepgram has launched Flux TTS, a text-to-speech model designed for enterprise voice agents that need to handle complex, unscripted conversations. The company, which has surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue, built the system to maintain context across conversations, respond in as low as 80 milliseconds, and adapt to interruptions. Unlike traditional TTS models that treat each request independently, Flux TTS carries conversation forward, maintaining consistent tone and pacing throughout exchanges. The system accurately communicates critical information like drug names and account numbers. Companies including Decagon, Sierra, Vapi, and Granola already use Deepgram's voice infrastructure. IBM and Coval are among early adopters of Flux TTS. The model is now generally available, with free access for developers through 12 September 2026.

Flux TTS joins Flux speech-to-text (STT) within Deepgram's broader voice AI platform and is backed by the same runtime and deployment flexibility organizations already use to process speech with Deepgram at scale. Through Deepgram's Voice Agent API, enterprises can orchestrate speech recognition, agent reasoning, and speech generation through a single API. Flux TTS builds on Deepgram's existing TTS capabilities with more expressive, conversation-native speech generation specifically for live interactions.
