  • Serve as the primary expert for all third-party systems, guiding the strategic integration and utilization within our environment.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Work closely with Client Management, Customer Experience/Service, and Operations teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Continuously assess and recommend enhancements to our system infrastructure to support scaling and operational excellence.
  • Manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility of system operations efforts.
