Casper's 12th Annual Lemonade Day returns June 20th. Casper, Wyo. - Lemonade Day is back, and Casper's young entrepreneurs are getting ready to squeeze their way into business success. Hilltop Bank and Townsquare Media are proud to announce the 12th Annual Lemonade Day in Casper, taking place Saturday, June 20th. This free, community-wide program teaches kids how to start, own, and operate their very own business - a lemonade stand. Lemonade Day equips youth with real-world financial literacy and entrepreneurship skills, including setting goals, budgeting, developing a business plan, understanding profit, and giving back to the community. Participants receive a Lemonade Day backpack complete with a step-by-step workbook that guides them through the process from idea to execution. "Lemonade Day is about much more than selling lemonade," said Nikki Strickland, Market President of Townsquare Media Casper. "It is about building confidence, teaching financial responsibility, and helping our young people understand that they can create something of their own. When we invest in our kids, we invest in the future of Casper." As the presenting sponsor, Hilltop Bank plays a critical role in championing financial literacy and supporting youth entrepreneurship throughout the community. "At Hilltop, we believe strong communities begin with financially empowered families," said Greg Dixson, President & CEO of Hilltop Bank. "Lemonade Day provides a hands-on opportunity for kids to learn money management and business fundamentals in a way that's fun, engaging, and impactful." Participants can pick up their free Lemonade Day backpacks during the kickoff event May 12th from 3-5 PM at Hilltop Bank on Country Club Road. If you are unable to make our kickoff event, please stop by any Hilltop Bank location for a backpack between May 13th and June 18th. Families are encouraged to learn more and brand their stands at LemonadeDay.org/Casper. Lemonade Day Casper is presented by Hilltop Bank with support from Country Time Lemonade, Sutherlands, and additional community partners committed to building the next generation of leaders.
Atlantic Music Group and FADER form 50/50 JV. April 8, 2026 Less than 1 min. read Atlantic Music Group and FADER Label have announced a multi-level partnership that includes a 50/50 joint venture to sign and develop artists, full distribution and support services for FADER's existing roster and catalog, and an expansion of FADER Distribution's capabilities for developing artists. FADER Label, founded in 2002 by Jon Cohen and Rob Stone out of their Cornerstone Agency, has spent over two decades building one of indie music's most respected rosters - Clairo, Slayyyter, Saul Williams, and Matt & Kim among them. The label has long operated on a model that prioritizes creative freedom and patience over formula, and this deal appears designed to preserve that identity while plugging into AMG's global infrastructure. Atlantic Music Group Chairman and CEO Elliot Grainge framed it plainly: "They are fearless in a business that needs more leaders brave enough to break the rules." FADER CEO Jon Cohen said the fit was clear from the first meeting with Grainge and his team, calling out a shared commitment to putting artists first. AMG's current roster includes Bruno Mars, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Cardi B, Charli xcx, and ROSÉ. FADER brings the taste. Atlantic brings the reach. Barrington analyst Patrick Sholl lowered the price target on Townsquare Media (NYSE:TSQ) to $10 from $12 on 17 March, whilst maintaining an Outperform rating. The firm cited a more conservative valuation approach to the company's traditional radio assets. Townsquare reported Q4 2025 results in line with guidance for total net revenue and adjusted EBITDA. CEO Bill Wilson highlighted that digital now accounts for 55% of total net revenue, up from 52% in 2024, with digital segment profit rising to 56% from 50%. Wilson said management remains confident in the company's cash flow and ability to maintain its current dividend level, despite believing the digital advertising business remains undervalued in the share price. Townsquare operates across subscription digital marketing solutions, digital advertising and broadcast advertising segments.
Townsquare Media reported fourth quarter and year-end 2025 results that met its previously issued guidance, with digital now representing 55% of total net revenue and 56% of segment profit. Net revenue decreased 5.2% year-over-year, whilst adjusted EBITDA fell 12.2%, though margins remained constant when excluding political revenue. The company's digital advertising revenue grew 1.6% in 2025, driven by 9% growth in programmatic advertising and direct sales of local digital properties. This offset headwinds from declining search engine referral traffic. Townsquare Interactive delivered segment profit growth of 17.4% and achieved a record 34% profit margin. The company reduced debt by an undisclosed amount since its February 2025 refinancing and maintained its current dividend, representing an 11% yield.
