Responsibilities
  • Successfully pass the S.A.F.E. exam and participate in company-sponsored events.
  • Participate in soft-skills training, sales training, networking events, and ongoing constructive feedback to enhance sales performance.
  • Develop and demonstrate proficiency in rapport-building, sales techniques, and software tools relevant to the mortgage industry.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines and program expectations.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic, metric-focused environment and overcome obstacles with resilience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster connections with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Take accountability for key performance indicators and collaborate to achieve program sales objectives.
  • Use sales techniques, including negotiation, to navigate client interactions and secure favorable outcomes.
  • Maintain consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with company policies.
