  • 5+ years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles
  • Deep expertise with Playwright (preferred) and strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Proven track record of designing automation frameworks that scale across multiple teams and product areas
  • Strong experience integrating automation into complex CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments
  • Strong understanding of observability, production quality metrics, and risk-based testing strategies
  • Solid understanding of testing strategies (unit, integration, API, E2E) and their role in SDLC
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data validation for backend testing
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the company-wide QA automation strategy with a focus on Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
  • Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable frameworks that support UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple product lines
  • Partner with QA leadership to define and evangelize QA automation best practices across teams
  • Lead the integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines and influence release engineering practices
  • Mentor Senior SDET and QA Engineers, helping grow the next generation of automation leaders
  • Contribute to long-term quality roadmap that reduces risk, increases coverage, and accelerates release velocity
Desired Qualifications
  • Solid knowledge of AWS services and/or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Java is a plus
