You Have:
5+ years of experience with implementing and managing Linux Server based server solutions in an enterprise network environment
5+ years of experience with engineering server solutions to support LDAP, SSO, and VMware integrations
5+ years of experience with designing and configuring Linux server integration with antivirus, backup, patch management, and system monitoring solutions
Experience with Linux server patch management repositories
Experience with implementing Red Hat or other Linux Operating Systems STIG remediations
Experience with scripting languages, including PowerShell, VBScript, or Python
Experience with deploying containerization technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Ability to obtain Red Hat Certified System Administrator within 6 months of hire
Nice If You Have:
Experience in coordinating with change control and environment management, network, and security teams
Experience in automation of server deployment, common tasks, and installation procedures
Experience with VMware virtual server environments and configuring systems for maximum performance and operating flexibility
Knowledge of networking technologies, including managing Windows systems and applications running on these systems
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to lead the Navy’s IT Modernization Cloud initiative and develop strategies and tactics required by the organization
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or Computer Science

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
