Harris, a global provider of industry software, has acquired DataPharm Network EDV-Dienstleistungs GmbH and its subsidiary PharmaTax GmbH, expanding its portfolio in the D-A-CH region. This acquisition enhances Harris's presence in the healthcare sector and supports its global growth strategy. DataPharm offers a range of pharmacy software solutions, serving 114 automated pharmacies in Austria. Dr. Guido Moritz highlights the strategic value of this acquisition for Harris's healthcare portfolio.
Harris Computer Corp. has acquired Dakis Decision Systems, Inc., a provider of e-commerce and photo solutions for camera stores, photo labs, and print shops. The acquisition aligns with Harris' strategy of expanding its portfolio in retail and print solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Harris, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc.
