Requirements
  • 5+ years direct management of Sales Enablement and/or Training required. Prior experience in SaaS
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successfully scoping projects of various difficulties, establishing a comprehensive work plan, and executing on that work plan
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex concepts and work with stakeholders of various levels within the organization
  • Analytical and metric-focused to establish quantifiable success of training programs
  • A strong work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated
Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and execution of enablement programs for new hire onboarding, sales processes, sales development and role progression, and manager training for the Sales team
  • Identify business needs and current pain points, then design training programs to address those needs
  • Create interactive learning experiences with skill certifications and define criteria for readiness at various milestones
  • Develop new hire onboarding programs to ensure success and decrease ramp time. Ability to identify criteria to understand the success of that hire
  • Develop training programs focused on readiness, competencies, productivity, efficiency, and concept development -- and supporting the growth of excellence in each individual
  • Continuously measure and evaluate the success of program initiatives and enhance as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment and overall execution of the GTM strategy
  • Working with Product Marketing and Cross-Functional teams, manage a central repository of training materials and maintain it with up-to-date materials
  • Implement a new LMS tool to successfully execute on training programs
