Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • 5+ years technology account management/sales experience/SaaS Sales; software/solution background is preferred
  • Experience in the Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Industry highly preferred
  • Great relationship skills, tenacity, resilience and inter-personal/presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach
  • Proven experience in building both short and long term pipeline while still managing and meeting quarterly revenue targets
  • Skilled in thinking strategically and tactically
  • A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A technical aptitude
  • Highly effective at web-based product demonstrations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Skilled Nursing customer accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Manage Sales life cycle within your defined account base
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Effectively leverage internal and external resources
