Our MatrixCare Senior Living & Long-term Care Team is looking for a driven Account Executive to expand relationships with our customers and drive MatrixCare solutions to a defined set of named accounts throughout the United States. This person is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. In this role, you will need to establish and grow professional relationships internally and externally, collaborate cross-functionally and ensure our customers’ needs and expectations are met.
As our Account Executive, you will:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Skilled Nursing customer accounts
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
- Manage Sales life cycle within your defined account base
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Effectively leverage internal and external resources
Skills and Experience needed for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- 5+ years technology account management/sales experience/SaaS Sales; software/solution background is preferred
- Experience in the Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Industry highly preferred
- Great relationship skills, tenacity, resilience and inter-personal/presentation skills
- Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach
- Proven experience in building both short and long term pipeline while still managing and meeting quarterly revenue targets
- Skilled in thinking strategically and tactically
- A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A technical aptitude
- Highly effective at web-based product demonstrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills and presentation skills
- Experience selling business software applications highly preferred
- Travel required - up to 50%.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is:
$80,000 - $110000 USD
