- Shift Schedule: Full time, Nights, 7pm – 7am, 3rd weekend rotation

What You'll Need:
- Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines

As a skilled Charge RN, you will be delivering exceptional nursing care to patients, we seamlessly integrate the nursing process – from comprehensive assessment to meticulous planning, skillful implementation, and diligent evaluation. Our unit is a dynamic hub where skilled nurses take the helm, expertly leading their teams and fostering collaborative partnerships with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, all dedicated to providing the highest standards of age-appropriate and developmentally sensitive patient care.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- We provide patient-centered care, addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs. This includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning, intervention, coordination, education, and outcome evaluation, all aligned with WFBMC policies.
- We maintain a secure, therapeutic environment with utmost respect for patient privacy and a commitment to responsive, professional behavior.
