Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based at our client’s office in Abu Dhabi:

Title: Client Relationship Manager (AVP) - Exclusive to Client

We are currently seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in insurance and reinsurance to join our client’s team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on a broad range of property, casualty, and specialty lines, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in the energy and power sector.

This is a temporary role for a duration of 2-3 years, with no automatic renewal.

What you need to have:
• 5-10 years of experience in a broker, insurer, or client-side role, such as a Client Executive, Insurance Manager, or Underwriter.
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance and reinsurance, particularly in property, casualty, and specialty lines (limited employee benefits).
• Familiarity with captive insurance is a plus.
• Understanding of the energy and power sector is preferred.
• CII qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
