Requirements
- Create and manage the optimization analytics roadmap for the Western Digital e-commerce business that continually moves the team forward in our ability to accomplish objectives around key metrics including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and test implementation
- Communicate effectively with leadership, and challenge the business appropriately, to consider new and creative ways of doing things, contributing to our customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of business and technical teams to drive progress toward roadmap
- Drive the roadmap and use of the CDP for the westerndigital.com e-commerce store for increased personalization
- Structure and implement testing and personalization using Adobe Target
- Understand BIC implementation of Adobe products and web optimization to define how all teams will use the Adobe suite to optimize the business
- Create hypothesis framework around testing experience, cases and scenarios, test plan, pipeline, observability, and documentation and reporting
- Determine and improve testing priority, methodology, and capability using A/B tests, MVT full factorial, auto target, etc
- Use digital marketing solutions to maximize analysis and future optimizations
- Strategically test and improve the customer journey
- Partner closely with internal data teams such as Data Engineering, Data Science, and IT to develop the data architecture needed to efficiently scale reporting
- Create, restructure, and manage large internal datasets to extract relevant reporting information
- Build processes and visualizations that transform raw data and business initiatives into measurable and actionable business insights
- Undergraduate degree from top university in Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, or similar; Masters preferred
- 5+ years of experience with strong track record of web optimization
- Experience managing A/B testing program, data segmentation, and web analytics and working with IT, Data Engineering, and CMS tools
- Proven ability to maximize use of Adobe suite (Experience Platform/CDP, Analytics, Target, etc) to achieve business objectives
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to apply a variety of analytics tools (including PowerBI and SQL) and approaches to solve different types of problems
- Excellent written and verbal skills with an ability to pull together compelling insights and presentations for a wide variety of both business and technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- As the strategic lead within the Optimization Analytics team, you will build and drive a roadmap that will optimize the Western Digital e-commerce business through best-in-class web data, analytics, and technology. You will partner closely with the eCommerce leadership team to understand priorities and objectives and align our current and future analytics and testing capabilities around accomplishing short, medium, and long-term goals. Working with IT, data engineers, web designers, and alongside our team of digital analysts, you will create data-driven and actionable solutions that will create clarity around customer behavior and improve the customer journey on our path to continued revenue growth in both the B2B and B2C business
