Requirements
  • 1 year experience as a Home Health Administrator
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Responsibilities
  • Organize and direct the home health division's ongoing functions
  • Ensure compliance with all Local, State and Federal laws
  • Maintain ongoing liaison with staff members and the community
  • Maintain current organizational chart
  • Employ qualified personnel and ensure adequate staff education, training and evaluations
  • Maintain policy and procedure manual; reviews/updates on an annual basis
  • Ensure accuracy of home health public information materials and activities
  • Implement and monitor a budgeting and accounting system
  • Complete, maintain and submit all reports required by Local, State and Federal regulations
  • Provide a system of staff communications that ensures coordinated implementation of care plans and the utilization of necessary services for the comprehensive care of patients
  • Exude professionalism at all times
