Requirements
  • Experience in Trust and Safety for online content moderation or harm / fraud prevention
  • Strong track record of shipping world-class consumer products
  • Familiarity with leveraging research and insights to inform product strategy
  • Strong analytical thinker in order to interpret data, thoroughly analyze results, and drive to critical outcomes and success
  • Excitement about partnering with Design as a strategic partner and building a collaborative relationship with design team members around exploring multiple solution spaces
  • Experience developing new product surfaces and building the organizational alignment around the new opportunity
  • Experience with multiple methods of testing and validation, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Excellent written and communication skills especially to senior executives
  • Natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
Responsibilities
  • As a Product Manager in the Neighborhood Vitality Pillar, you will partner closely with designers, researchers, data scientists, engineers, and fellow product managers to define the product vision that enables neighbors to have kind conversations with real people. You will be a thought leader in the company to define what neighborhood vitality means and how Nextdoor could be part of the journey of building active valued communities. You will work closely with the marketing team to define positioning and go-to-market strategy around these use cases and with the partnerships team to build strategic partnerships with external resources
