Requirements
- At least 10 years of database design and administration experience or at least 4 years of MicroStrategy development experience.
- Expertise in database design, database administration, and business intelligence reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Plan, analyze, design, implement, maintain, and control the organization's MicroStrategy business intelligence reporting tool.
- Lead complex or critical database management initiatives involving multiple disciplines and business groups.
- Own database architecture, design, integration, and/or data modeling for complex initiatives.
- Consult with multiple client groups to provide strategic solutions.
- Influence long-range internal and enterprise-level database architecture and management strategies.
- Serve as a consultant on technological advancements.
- Provide oversight, mentoring, and technical leadership to less experienced staff.
- Represent the organization as an external spokesperson when required.
