Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Safety, Insurance, Fire Safety, Loss Prevention, Environmental Health, or Engineering
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and open to weekly travel to client sites
  • High degree of self-motivation and discipline
  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university.
  • Must be comfortable working with proprietary information and be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize is required
  • Prior internship experience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Consult with senior consultants to understand project needs and objectives.
  • Develop safety programs based on OSHA, DOT, NFPA and industry best practices.
  • Advise clients on best practices in risk mitigation and safety management strategies.
  • Develop management/employee training programs and materials for clients
  • Conduct loss analysis & trending to identify client focus areas
  • Perform audits/assessments at client sites
  • Provide overall support to the consulting team
