Requirements
- 3 years of experience working with information technology technologies
- 5 years of experience with Program/Project Management or equivalent experience managing a technical team
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience deploying a unified communication platform, with Cisco preferred. Microsoft Teams or Slack project experience also useful.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver large cross-functional initiatives on time, within budget, and exceed user expectations.
- Solid knowledge of program and project management principles and practices. PMI Certification a plus.
- Experience delivering technical projects.
- Experience transitioning enterprise, global services from engineering to operations.
