Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/practical experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of paper mill operations experience is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily production activities to meet operating targets.
  • Assign crews and review schedules, order requirements, and shift priorities.
  • Ensure shift performance meets key performance indicator expectations for safety, quality, environmental performance, and efficiency.
  • Serve as a safety role model and reinforce safe work practices.
  • Monitor raw stock availability and board quality.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and production efficiency.
  • Build a strong, motivated team environment.
