Robinhood is looking for an Oracle Integration Applications Engineer to join our Business Systems team. As a member of the team, responsible for planning, crafting, implementing, and maintaining company SaaS applications and tools. This includes partnering with multi-functional teams in Compliance and Legal Tooling to assist with any and all application integrations. You will work to ensure that the enterprise SaaS technology architecture and governance are aligned to strategic business initiatives, company goals, and the mission to democratize finance for all. What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Partnering with Engineering teams to transform business and automate processes to improve cycle times.
• Assessing business requirements, evaluating possible solutions and then implementing and/or recommending solutions within Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Working closely with multi-functional teams such as compliance, finance, engineering, and legal, as well as vendors and external partners
• Implementing SaaS system changes and administering access to systems and information within approved IT security policies, guidelines, and standards
• Creating and maintaining standards, procedures, and documentation related to areas of responsibility. May participate in system audits and perform testing for performance or SOX controls, ensuring a secure processing environment that protects the integrity and availability of information

About you:

• Self-starter with the ability to overcome obstacles and challenges with little to no supervision.
• 4+years of proven experience in design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle PaaS applications.
• Demonstrated ability with Oracle Financial Cloud Services.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components & capabilities, including all major OIC adapters.
• Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, DB adapters, other connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution.
• Working experience on building integrations using REST, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, XML, XSLT and XQUERY.
• Good understanding of Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing Database.
• PL/SQL Hands-on experience.
• Working knowledge of web service development and architecture (REST/SOAP).
• Technical expertise with BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, BICC and conversions using FBDI, ADFdi etc. is a MUST.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both engineering and non-engineering audiences with customer focus and problem solving approach.
• Strong working knowledge of compliance regulations and its implementation in the IT/SaaS applications space.
• Ability to find out-of-box solutions to best fit Robinhood’s needs.
• Ability to work on Mac, slack, JIRA, G Suite, postman or other third-party API testing clients and willing to learn RH internal tools.

• Oracle Cloud Certification in Finance modules
• Experience with programming/scripting languages (SQL, Python, Go, etc)
• Prior experience working with a fintech company

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
