Only 54 organizations with more than 500 employees in the Atlanta area will be recognized this year. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, empowered to execute, and others. "This accolade is really a testament to the amazing people at our firm and the culture we've developed," said Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Atlanta office, Adam Tretinik. In today's market, leaders must ensure they're allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends."
