- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems
- Five or more years of experience in Systems Administration, with a focus on Active Directory management and VMware experience, including design, installations, configurations, integrations, upgrades, establishing procedures and operational requirements, and support
- Extensive knowledge in administration of Active Directory, Windows servers, Azure, Office 365, and VMware
- Experience with DNS (including creating/updating zones and records), DHCP, Office 365, IIS, and other Information Systems technologies
- Provide operations management services and support to include physical and VMware server design, integration, administration, and management of multiple Active Directory domains
- Advanced technical understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating system, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, VMware server virtualization, and SAN infrastructures
- Ability to monitor systems for hardware/software performance issues, as well as documenting and tracking software changes, risks, and issues
- Experience working with application pools, .NET versions, SQL database connections, and web protocols
- Provide operations management services and support to include physical and VMware server design, integration, administration, and management of multiple Active Directory domains
