Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple platforms to support billing, inventory, and logistics functions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Word
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of related experience
Responsibilities
  • Process customer invoices and monitor AR aging reports
  • Oversee payments and resolve billing disputes
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage procurement
  • Process orders, coordinate shipping and receiving
  • Work with internal teams to streamline operations
  • Prepare month-end close reconciliations for both inventory and billing
  • Code shipping expenses to the correct GL accounts
Desired Qualifications
  • Oracle Cloud experience is a plus
