Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Associate's degree
  • At least two (2) years of SAP Application Experience in Finance and or Logistics capabilities
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience with IT systems or relevant business operations
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be within driving distance of Norfolk, VA to go on-site for infrequent client meetings
Responsibilities
  • Supporting operations in order for the system to meet the ongoing Navy business operations requirements
  • Performing routine tasks related to help desk support, master data management, reporting, analytics, testing, production operations, training and working with group participation and facilitation
  • Supports documentation development of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with systems such as the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or similar is desirable
