Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience using a variety of test equipment, including time-domain reflectometers, spectrum and vector network analyzers, signal generators, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, and digital multimeters.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in electronics maintenance, familiarity with Unix/Linux systems troubleshooting, low-level systems administration, or radio frequency testing.
  • A minimum of three years of C4ISR system maintenance or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing more than 30 pounds and qualify for health screenings required by U.S. Navy Safety Programs Afloat.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A U.S. government Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph eligibility is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide system-level technical support to the U.S. Navy's Carry-on Special Technologies Engineering and Integration systems.
  • Troubleshoot, identify and recommend resolutions for, and perform corrective actions on STEI systems.
  • Track Casualty Reports and distance-support actions.
  • Perform Technical Feedback Report reviews for 3M preventive maintenance.
  • Perform system-level testing to validate operational readiness accurately.
  • Review technical manuals and procedures for technical accuracy and validity.
  • Review system training materials for technical accuracy and validity.
