Typeface.ai builds a generative AI platform for personalized content creation aimed at businesses. It helps teams produce more content—up to ten times faster—while keeping each piece aligned with the brand’s voice, tone, personas, and product lines. The product works by learning a brand’s style from inputs and then generating content that matches that style; it can be integrated into existing workflows through popular apps and custom rules, making it easy to insert into marketing processes. Typeface differentiates itself by offering strong brand-adaptation and workflow integration, plus a focus on data privacy to prevent leakage or misuse of client information. Its business model is subscription-based, with additional revenue from partnerships (such as Salesforce) and a recent Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration that combines capabilities from both platforms. Its goal is to help businesses scale content creation efficiently while maintaining brand consistency and privacy.

Typeface Launches Marketing Orchestration Engine

Typeface launches Marketing Orchestration Engine. Looking ahead, Typeface is extending orchestration into Arc Loop, a closed-loop system where marketing performance feeds directly back into how AI operates. Typeface has announced the launch of its Marketing Orchestration Engine, giving enterprises a new operating layer for cross-channel marketing that unifies brand intelligence, AI agents and enterprise IT systems. The engine enables teams to move from isolated AI experiments to governed, repeatable campaign execution at scale. The new engine is built on three core capabilities: Arc Graph, a continuously evolving brand intelligence system; Arc Agents, which bring governed AI workflows into cross-channel marketing execution; and Arc Forge, a new enterprise customisation layer that allows IT to extend and govern the marketing AI stack - with Arc Loop signalling the next phase of closed-loop optimisation. "Typeface was built to orchestrate cross-channel marketing - bringing brand standards, workflows, performance data, and enterprise systems into a single pane of glass," said Abhay Parasnis, Founder and CEO of Typeface. "The next phase of AI isn't about generating more content. It's about turning marketing into a governed, repeatable system where AI handles scale and marketers apply trust, taste, and judgment." What's New in This Launch New capabilities introduced with this launch include: Continuously Evolving Brand Intelligence: Arc Graph At the core of Typeface is Arc Graph, a next-generation brand context system that goes beyond static brand kits. Instead of simply storing logos and guidelines, Arc Graph connects brand standards, approved assets, audience data, structured product information, and real campaign performance into a living marketing context layer. This allows Arc Agents to generate content that reflects not just how a brand looks - but how it actually operates across channels, retailers, and audiences. "As we expand across retailers, our goal is to create accurate, brand-compliant product content quickly and at scale," said Cristina Eggum, Senior Manager, Digital Shelf at Post Consumer Brands. "Typeface enables us to convert product data into retailer-ready content automatically - streamlining formatting and incorporating approved language to ensure brand and compliance accuracy." "With this automation, our team can deliver content to retailers faster, while improving consistency and performance across Post's digital shelf channels." Arc Forge: IT-Powered Architecture for Marketing at Scale As AI becomes embedded in cross-channel marketing, enterprises are discovering that disconnected tools create more complexity, not less. Scaling AI requires governance, integration, and shared infrastructure - not just faster content generation. New with this launch, Arc Forge gives enterprise IT teams a dedicated customisation layer to extend and control these agents. Through MCP, APIs, webhooks, and code, IT can integrate, transforming global LLMs into company-specific marketing infrastructure. With Arc Forge, IT can extend, customise, and govern the marketing AI stack - ensuring agents operate securely, integrate cleanly, and scale within enterprise systems rather than sit alongside them. Purpose-Built Agents for Marketers: Arc Agents Modern marketing requires orchestrating complex workflows across channels, audiences, and formats. Arc Agents are purpose-built marketing agents that execute across the campaign lifecycle - transforming briefs into channel-ready campaigns, generating personalised variations at scale, and creating content across email, ads, social, web, and video. Grounded in shared brand context, Arc Agents enable teams to move from one-off content generation to scalable, repeatable execution using pre-approved layouts, modular components, and structured campaign inputs. Arc Spaces is the unified, visual workspace where brand intelligence, agents, and enterprise systems come together. Marketers can preview campaigns, compare variations side by side, and collaborate in real time - executing workflows within a governed environment rather than across disconnected tools. What's Next: Arc Loop Looking ahead, Typeface is extending orchestration into Arc Loop, a closed-loop system where marketing performance feeds directly back into how AI operates. As campaigns run, real results - what drove engagement, conversions, or lift - inform how agents plan and execute future work. Over time, this turns orchestration into a continuously learning marketing system - helping enterprises improve consistency and effectiveness with every campaign, while keeping marketers in the driver's seat and IT in control of governance. Typeface launches Marketing Orchestration Engine for autonomous cross-channel AI campaigns

Typeface has launched a Marketing Orchestration Engine that extends AI beyond content creation to autonomous cross-channel campaign execution, CEO Abhay Parasnis announced. The system learns brand voice, audiences and products whilst managing campaigns independently. The company is introducing outcome-based pricing tied to metrics such as click-through rates, rather than token usage. This marks a shift from AI tools that simply generate content to platforms that can execute entire marketing campaigns autonomously across multiple channels.

Agentic AI: How It's Shaking Up Marketing

Agentic AI: how it's shaking up marketing. I'm seeing a big shift in marketing where AI is now making actual decisions, thanks to what's being called "agentic AI". * Kentico has extended its AI Strategy to Power Marketing Teams with an Agentic Marketing Suite. * Cognizant and NTT DATA are teaming up with companies like AWS and Typeface to put agentic AI into action. * Acquisitions, like Amplitude buying InfiniGrow for AI marketing analytics, show AI's growing influence in marketing departments. The bottom line is that agentic AI is moving beyond simple automation. It's poised to transform how marketing teams operate and make strategic decisions. How will agentic AI change your marketing strategy?

Typeface Feature Focus: December 2025

Typeface Feature Focus: December 2025. Welcome back to Feature Focus! As typeface.ai wrap up the year, typeface.ai is introducing more flexibility and scale across its platform. This includes all-new Adaptive Templates, key enhancements to Agent Studio and Video Agent, plus a new Typeface MCP Server. Introducing Adaptive Templates: flexible, on-brand designs that instantly adapt to any campaign. For years, marketers have been limited by rigid templates and slow production cycles. Adaptive Templates remove these bottlenecks by turning your existing HTML and design language into a modular system of reusable components. In Typeface, you can upload ad layouts, email templates, or web designs from your existing files, and the platform will automatically identify key areas for AI generation - such as headlines, body copy, images, and calls to action. This allows you to tailor structures to any message and evolve campaigns without waiting on design or rebuilding templates. It offers creative freedom with built-in guardrails, giving you the speed of templates, the flexibility of design tools, and the confidence of always staying on brand. Adaptive Templates are available across Email Channels. * Designs that adapt rather than constrain: Email Agent understands your existing HTML templates and helps you build new ones with Adaptive Templates. These include reusable blocks such as hero sections, calls to action, product highlights, and footers that can be assembled into new layouts in minutes. * Launch ads without design delays: Upload your brand's ad layouts or generate new ones as needed. Ad Agent lets you scale a single creative across all audiences, languages, and ad formats automatically. Check out the getting started guide. Build purpose-designed agents with greater control using Agent Studio. The new Agent Studio introduces a more flexible and powerful way to create Agents tailored to your unique workflow. You can now choose between Conversational Agents for consistent, guided interactions or Workflow Agents that automate multi-step processes through an intuitive visual builder. By using a Workflow Agent, each step in a workflow can be configured with its own instructions, capabilities, and logic. This makes it easy to orchestrate detailed tasks, connect systems, and design repeatable processes with clarity. Agent Studio empowers teams to build, customize, and scale purpose-built agents that fit seamlessly into their daily operations. Turn long-form content into highlight reels in minutes with Video Agent. typeface.ai has expanded Video Agent's capabilities, now powered by the latest Veo 3.1 model, to help teams create more with far less editing time. * Repurpose long videos into highlight reels: Video Agent can now turn long-form content such as webinars, keynote sessions, interviews, or event footage into short, campaign-ready videos in minutes. Marketers can upload one or more videos with speech, choose key themes, and the Agent will automatically extract the most relevant moments. It can summarize a single video or combine meaningful segments from multiple sources into a new highlight reel, creating a strong starting point for social content, newsletters, or internal storytelling. You can then add your own captions, transitions, copy, and styling to complete the final edit. * New storyboard view for intuitive editing: The updated storyboard view gives teams a clear, visual way to manage scenes. You can review each clip at-a-glance, reorder moments, fine-tune pacing, add or adjust transitions, and make edits through timeline controls. This provides a more efficient, transparent editing workflow without relying on advanced tools. Typeface model context protocol (MCP) Server line. With the new Typeface MCP Server, teams can now connect Typeface directly to MCP enabled tools such as VS Code, Claude Desktop, and other third-party applications. Typeface can act as both an MCP client and server, enabling smooth two-way integrations that let users create and edit content without leaving their workspace. This architecture allows models and tools to interact with Typeface in real time. For example, you can prompt another application like Claude to create an image or generate content using Typeface, and the request is handled instantly behind the scenes. The result is a more seamless workflow, faster creation, and deeper integration of Typeface into the tools teams already rely on every day. Typeface in the news. * Signal Report: typeface.ai launched the Typeface Signal Report, a data-driven look at how marketing leaders are adopting AI. The findings show how AI is reshaping teams, reducing agency spend, and speeding up campaign execution - with the biggest gains coming from teams that deploy AI agents at scale. The report also highlights the barriers holding others back and what it takes to move beyond pilot mode to real transformation. Access the full Signal Report here. * Effortless Podcast: Building in a New GenAI Category This week on the Effortless podcast, its founder and CEO Abhay Parasnis shared what it takes to build early in a GenAI category that didn't exist just a few years ago. He dives into how Typeface approaches product conviction, navigates fast-moving AI cycles, and co-builds with customers to keep pace with a shifting definition of product - market fit. That's a wrap for December! Wishing you a happy and safe holiday season!
