Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience is required; banking industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships by providing insight, advice, and personalized financial solutions.
  • Retain and deepen existing client relationships through cross-selling, establishing new banking relationships, referring clients to product partners, educating clients on digital solutions, providing account servicing and maintenance, resolving client servicing issues, and processing transactions.
  • Participate in community outreach and service with community organizations.
  • Consult with clients and prospective clients throughout the relationship lifecycle to uncover needs, educate them, and advise on product and service alternatives aligned with their financial objectives.
  • Cross-sell products and services and refer clients to business product partners to meet client needs.
  • Maintain contact with the client base through proactive touchpoints such as onboarding and service follow-up.
  • Market consumer and small business banking services through lobby engagement, outbound telephone calls, marketing campaigns, and in-house events, and occasionally participate in outside sales calls.
  • Maintain product and service knowledge and apply it to understand and fulfill client needs.
  • Resolve moderate to complex customer maintenance and client service problems using available resources and information from internal departments.
  • Educate clients on banking channels and emerging technology, including mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
  • Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow fraud prevention procedures and attend training on evolving fraud tactics.
  • Improve client retention through cross-selling, proactive personalized outreach, client-service issue resolution, and monitoring client feedback.
  • Contribute to banking center financial results by achieving targets for loan production, new account production, line-of-business referrals, and digital banking enrollment.
  • Acquire new Community Bank relationships through referral networks and outreach efforts.
  • Handle transactions, servicing needs, and inquiries after completing required training.
  • Achieve account opening, partner referral, lending, and credit card goals and complete quality Client Financial Profiles.
  • For Relationship Banker II, manage an assigned client portfolio to address consumer banking relationship needs.
  • For Relationship Banker II, participate in community service, nonprofit volunteering, business-related networking groups, or similar organizations.
  • For Relationship Banker II, complete the Relationship Banker Development Program to demonstrate advanced proficiency.

Hallador Energy Closes $120 Million Senior Secured Credit Facilities

TERRE HAUTE, Ind., March 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Hallador Energy Company (Nasdaq: HNRG) (“Hallador” or the “Company”) today announced that on March 5, 2026, the Company closed a $120 million Senior Secured Credit Agreement (the “Credit Agreement”) maturing on March 5, 2029, consisting of a $75 million revolving credit facility and a $45 million delayed draw term loan facility (collectively, the “Facilities”). The Company expects to use borrowings under the Facilities to refinance its prior credit facility and provide working capital. The Company also benefits by extending the Company’s debt maturity profile and enhancing overall liquidity. Borrowings may also be used to support strategic growth initiatives and for general corporate purposes. The revolving credit facility includes a $25 million sub-facility for letters of credit and a $10 million swingline sub-facility, and an accordion feature whereby the Company may request up to $25 million of additional incremental commitments,

The revolving facility includes a $25 million sub-facility for letters of credit, a $10 million swingline sub-facility, and an accordion feature allowing up to $25 million in additional incremental commitments. The financing will refinance the company's prior credit facility with PNC Bank and provide working capital whilst extending the debt maturity profile and enhancing liquidity. Texas Capital Bank arranged the transaction and serves as administrative agent, with Old National Bank acting as joint lead arranger and First Financial Bank participating as a lender.

Old National Bancorp posts record Q4 earnings with 27% EPS growth and 20% return on equity

Old National Bancorp reported record fourth-quarter earnings with adjusted earnings per share of $0.62, up 5% quarter-over-quarter and 27% year-over-year. The company achieved an adjusted return on average tangible common equity of nearly 20% and a return on assets of 1.37%.
