  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • Accounting And Financial Analysis, Or Budgets, Human Resources And Administrative Management (5 Years)
Responsibilities
  • Directs the establishment and implementation of internal accounting policies and procedures in compliance and alignment with those of the University.
  • Analyzes and prepares regular budget review reports.
  • Oversees monthly, quarterly and annual billing processes.
  • Directs financial analysis and benefit realization on a variety of projects.
  • Establishes reporting procedures to track/improve/record business related information and measure capital investments.
  • Manages processes and maintains formalized budget calendar related to internal transparency and collaboration for budget preparation and ongoing visibility into the budget to support optimization of resources.
  • Plan and facilitate regular budget oversight meetings.
  • Works with others to develop unit operating budgets.
  • Assist in the development of short and long term facilities plans for the unit to maximize operational efficiencies and minimize costs.
  • Maintain an accurate staff location database.
  • May manage staff.
  • Partner with department leadership to provide improvements in the delivery of administration services.
  • Provide analysis and reporting for department management.
  • Participate in strategic planning for the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
