Requirements

8+ years of project management experience in SaaS AI software development for large enterprises.
Proven track record of delivering software development projects to customers in KSA.
Proven track record of leading global teams and managing projects for external customers.
Able to work in KSA.
Fluent in English.
Deep understanding and experience of the software development lifecycle.
Deep understanding and practical experience of Scrum as both Scrum Master and Product Owner.
Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, or similar project tracking and version control tools.
Communication skills to accurately summarize and convey project details to customers and all levels within Beyond Limits, including technical and non-technical personnel.
Deep understanding of the differences between cloud and on-premises software development.

Responsibilities

Execute multiple projects simultaneously and provide leadership and day-to-day management throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with Beyond Limits Saudi Arabia, the rest of EMEA, and US headquarters teams to understand and manage customer expectations accurately.
Apply project management principles to decide on a method of project delivery that meets the needs of the project.
Based on contract terms, set detailed project schedules and milestones that everyone agrees to.
Based on the contract terms, decide on the details of the deliverables, and as a Product Owner, lead the development towards delivery.
Provide weekly status reports to customers and internal management summarizing progress towards milestones, issues that prevent milestones from being achieved, and business opportunities discovered during project execution.
Facilitate Scrum meetings as a Scrum Master.
Resolve day-to-day project issues for internal teams or customers.
Set up the project management tools for the internal tea
Establish security policies for protecting customer data and deliverables.
Share the processes required for the project management within the PMO team and cooperate in improving PMO processes for the future.
Interact primarily with KSA customers and the Beyond Limits EMEA teams; adjust the work hours to the US time zone when needed.
Serves as the main point of contact for the customer for the assigned project; visits customer's office to participate in project meetings or resolve issues as needed.

Position Overview

Beyond Limits is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). As a TPM, you will play a key role in coaching teams, leading customer communications, fostering collaboration, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of delivering AI software development projects for Saudi Arabian customers.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience in SaaS AI software development for large enterprises.
Proven track record of delivering software development projects to customers in KSA.
Proven track record of leading global teams and managing projects for external customers.
Able to work in KSA.
Fluent in English.
Deep understanding and experience of the software development lifecycle.
Deep understanding and practical experience of Scrum as both Scrum Master and Product Owner.
Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, or similar project tracking and version control tools.
Communication skills to accurately summarize and convey project details to customers and all levels within Beyond Limits, including technical and non-technical personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional Certification, Certified Project Management Professional, Graduate Certificates in Project Management, or Agile Project Management Certifications.
BS or MS (preferred) in Computer Science or closely related degree.
