Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Legal during the contract process, providing assistance with drafting, redlining, and negotiating contract terms.
  • Engages in deal reviews with Sales/Sales leadership to support account-level strategy on pricing and deal structuring for various transaction types.
  • Enforces pricing execution and collaborates with Sales leadership on transactional pricing and value positioning.
  • Ensures proper approvals for deal structure, including pricing, discounts, payment terms, etc.
  • Assists Sales with quote creation and proposal drafting while emphasizing value.
  • Serves as a subject matter authority on sales and revenue compliance policies, providing sales executives with alternative contract options.
  • Partners with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Sales Excellence teams to review or address revenue recognition concerns, finance and billing issues, special terms, and pricing for non-standard deals.
