Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in email + SMS marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
  • Proficiency in email marketing + SMS platforms (experience with Sailthru and Attentive a plus)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and regulations
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end email, SMS, and push notification execution
  • Draft briefs and collaborate with cross-functional Creative + Merchandising teams
  • Execute test strategies around key email components to drive performance
  • Compile, track, and analyze email performance KPIs
  • Support the testing and integration of new email capabilities and tools
  • Monitor email deliverability and compliance with regulations
