Requirements

  • Manage a small, agile team of designers, setting clear goals and expectations that align with company-wide OKRs.

  • Act as a key liaison between the design team and other departments such as marketing, product, and technology.
  • Ensure that design initiatives are aligned with broader company goals and that stakeholders are engaged throughout the creative process.

  • Oversee the budgeting and resourcing of the design team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Optimize the allocation of resources to maximize efficiency and impact.

  • Support the creation, testing, and implementation of self-serve templates and tools, enabling others to design at speed without compromising our brand or consuming excessive design resources.
  • Explore, test and recommend new technology to enable Travelperk to consistently raise the bar and scale the output of the creative team.
