Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience developing production software, with a focus on backend systems.
  • Passion for building, operating, and debugging distributed systems at scale. Boundless curiosity, autonomy, and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficiency in microservices architecture and hands-on experience with relevant technologies. Experience with Node.js is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and a passion for building and debugging large-scale distributed systems.
Responsibilities

  • Spend at least 60% of your time hands-on coding, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of our distributed systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to deploy and manage backend services on cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
