Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop local marketing strategies to support patient acquisition, including brand awareness, seasonal programs, event sponsorships and direct to consumer
  • Collaborate with clinic and internal partners to lead detailed monthly/quarterly/annual calendar of marketing requirements and events
  • Develop robust and collaborative working relationships with Clinic Success and Partner Development/Sales team to create and lead regional marketing campaigns
  • Create weekly reports for clinics and partners on marketing performance
  • Lead regular patient satisfaction surveys
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in field marketing (event management, experiential marketing, etc.) required
  • 5+ years combining business and project management skills to execute strategic initiatives focused on process creation, standardization, and customer experience
  • Experience leading vendor negotiations and multi-year joint business plans
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, Business Unit leaders, and across the company
  • Experience as a P&L owner
