- Lead and manage facility services across locations in India to ensure a safe working environment, zero downtime, zero incidents, and full service support.
- Manage property matters across more than eight locations, including leases, liaison with owners, negotiations, utilities, and compliance.
- Manage infrastructure, including air conditioning, water, internet leased lines, fire alarm systems, closed-circuit television, and seat allocation.
- Manage infrastructure-service vendors and teams covering security, access systems, audiovisual systems, cab service, uninterruptible power supply, multiservice technicians, and related services.
- Implement and manage ticketing systems, health, safety and environment practices with the emergency response team, ISO 14000 and ISO 45000 practices, and ISO 22301 business continuity practices.
- Manage the team through task oversight, training, guidance, and employee development.
- Report facility performance indicators and other key aspects across locations to the leadership team.
- Operate a proactive infrastructure maintenance plan focused on early intervention and prevention.
- Track leases and initiate renewals six months before expiration while maintaining relationships with property owners to resolve maintenance and other issues.
- Establish processes ensuring property- and utility-related payments are made on time without service disruptions.
- Establish a sustainable vendor-management process focused on quality and accountability.
- Monitor facility and infrastructure ticketing systems and respond to employee issues holistically and promptly.
- Drive end-to-end projects for new commercial or industrial infrastructure facilities.
- Define technical requirements for soundness, completeness, and compliance.
- Network and interact closely with other departments to build robust teams and processes.
- Lead the annual facility budget and plan.
- Generate reports for leadership review.
- Implement new initiatives involving sustainability, ISO certification, health, safety and environment, and business continuity practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise resource planning software.
