We’re continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to support our mission.
This role is based in San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.
What you will do:
Collaborate closely with Engineering leadership to craft and execute hiring strategies aligned with the team’s goals and the evolving talent landscape.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of exceptional candidates through innovative sourcing techniques and strategies.
Own the recruitment process end-to-end, including crafting compelling job descriptions, creating interview plans, managing pipelines, providing competitive salary recommendations, and ensuring smooth candidate closing.
Lead interview debriefs, facilitate constructive discussions, and be a trusted advisor to ensure informed, inclusive hiring decisions.
Use data-driven insights to anticipate challenges, remove obstacles, and continuously improve the hiring process for both candidates and hiring teams.
Skills and experience you possess:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Engineering roles at high-growth, consumer-facing web/mobile startups.
Demonstrated success designing and implementing effective sourcing and closing strategies based on an understanding of the market.
Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.
Skilled at operating with a high sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle.
Self-driven with the ability to be scrappy and resourceful with minimal to no guidance.
